What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

That is a fun moment, 5 digits! I'm going to hit 11,000 sometime this week.

Haha it definitely is! My wife was so irritated that I had her take a picture while we were driving home.

 

60k this week. The girlfriend didn't understand why I had to pull over for a picture.

Everywhere around here didn't have them in stock so I settled for hankooks cause in a few months going to move up to 35's...and I have a meet I need to go to Saturday so going to be busy with lift and all this week...

 

Nice, where abouts was that? I used to live by shelby NC and often visited the mountains.

An FYI I used the top setting on the 5100s and it made the nose higher than the rear. I put new shocks on the rear also. This weekend I am pulling them off and moving down one setting. I don't like the look when the nose is higher than the rear. It is only by 3/4" or so but I notice it and don't like it. You can to tell I don't like it because I have to pull them off, compress the coils, move the ring down one notch, then put it all back together. Pain in the rear considering I just put them on last weekend but I really don't like it sitting like that.

 

It was up in Mars hill just north of Asheville.

 

Thanks- I'm going to use the 6112's and set them at the first notch which is just under a inch and put the 5100's in the rear.

 

I think mine will look better once lower them one notch. Ordered seat covers, LEDs to mount on either side of the hidden winch, LEDs to mount in the bed, and prepped the ammo cans to install in the bed. I promise you they look better than the pics indicate. Used Duplicolor bedliner. They are still drying so maybe that is why they look bad.

I guess it means they come with the coils if you order the 5112 vs just shocks for the 5100? That is how I read it.

 

Pretty sure they are talking about 6112s.
