So we pulled up next to a red tundra today and my wife says "I don't mind that color..." Her two rules was no red and must have leather. I looked at her and just shook my head. Proof women never know what they want. Could have had a red tundra for a lot cheaper months ago but she vetoed it because of the color.

 

With 3 young boys late night is pretty much the only time I get to work on my truck. My neighbors probably think I'm a tweeker! Lol

 

Didn't you take a bus or train also to get ur tundra?

 

Yep, 12 hours taking two buses to LA. The other one was in Auburn and I would have had to take a 3 hour bus and then my brother in law offered to drive me from Sac to Auburn. Not a big deal but it proves my wife is crazy. She justified it that it was cloudy today and it didn't look as much like a fire truck. She cray.

My wife is def classified as crazy. Been bugging me to save more and spend less. Agreed to combine bank accounts and pay off a few things but I get to keep my side job money for the truck. She obviously doesn't know what I make there

 

As of last year I had to split accounts cuz my wife put us in crazy debt I didn't know about. I trusted her to handle all finances. What a dummy. Now, other than her jeep and my truck and house payment we have no other debt. So I rewarded myself with suspension for the truck.

In yet another sign of my utter failure as a parent, she is not at all interested in going to Hollister or any other place where the availability of wi-fi or LTE is not guaranteed.

i do love me some camping. I have everything ready to throw in the trophyvan as well. hmmmm I think it will depend on the weather. Whats a camp night cost there? I've never been.

 

10$ AFAIK. I honestly DGAF if we get to hit a trail Saturday evening, I just want a campsite near some fuckin showers lol. Call me a pansy, but if I have the option, I want to shower after sleeping in a tent. Maybe I'm just used to camping in the desert where I wake up sweating lol.

 

thats why i have baby wipes stocked up in my camping tub. Im good for three days, then i feel gross when camping. (i shower twice a day normally, so people dont think im just nasty.) I make exceptions for camping, as long as i have baby wipes.

Part of the beauty of camping is having stinky balls.

That's why cooking bacon for breakfast was invented, it's like camping cologne. Then you go hike or whatever and get swamp ass, only to sit around with a bunch of other stinky people and bathe yourselves in campfire smoke.

It's a bit of a process but if done correctly, you can even have sex while camping.
