So given that it looks like all of you know a lot about what you are talking about I was gonna ask a couple questions before I really rush into this and make a mistake. So I have this thought of going with a +2 TC kit up front w/ either extended travel Icons or Kings and for the rear keeping my Icons with their res's and putting in an All Pro leaf pack possibly with bump stops. I essentially want to start a building block for the future while also somewhat keeping my current reliability. I am aware I can break a part here or there over time but what are all of your thoughts on a LT front and MT rear. I will keep my wheeling to a moderate level with this setup of course and not be beating the shit out of it. Any thoughts and opinions?

Kinda just depends on you man and what you're wanting out of the rig. That's how my truck is currently setup and I love it. You won't be able to romp it like a true lt truck due to the rear though. But if you build a solid mid rear you can go pretty fast through some fun stuff.

Plenty of people go with the +2 kits for more travel on the more chill trucks. I think it's the perfect all around setup on 2nd gens.

Days old I know, but can't we just change the title of the thread to prevent this....
"1st and 2nd Gen ONLY Long Travel BS Thread"

3rd Gen guys can start their own LT thread. Anytime they chime in here we point them back to their own thread or at least tell to PM a 1st or 2nd Gen guy.

Anyone have 6" 500 rate springs? I have 10" coilovers 4" 500 rate on top 18" 600 on the bottom the top spring is almost compressed at ride height someone recommend trying a 6" on top

why? The point of a secondary bypass is for ease of tuning without having to tear the shock apart. Running an IBP completely defeats that
