Has anyone put an aftermarket steering wheel on their 2nd Gen yet?

i dont particulary like the stock one and i want to upgrade but i dont know what i would do about the cruise control lever or if the wheel would bolt straight on or if there would be a lot of modding....has anyone even taken off the stock one and taken pics? i did a search but couldnt find anything on it...
    any help would be appreciated

Just keep in mind you'll loose your airbag and radio controls (if you have them)... That's about all that's stopping me from swapping it myself.

Well, some of us have cracked leather wheels. Also, if you're building a higher speed rig or crawler... a 5 point harness is more effective.

i personally just can't stand any 4 spoke steering wheel. Not only that but the steering wheel itself is too thin. They could have beefed it up a little more so my fingers wouldnt wrap over themselves when i handle it.

I'll agree with you that the wheel is too thin. I loved the steering wheel in my '08 Accord. That thing was nice and fat and it felt like you had a hold of something. Okay, that didn't sound right.

...now the best toyota steering wheel is the carbon fiber 2002 supra wheel...obviously a japan wheel but with hollow carbon fiber. Like feather in your hands. -obviously you lose cruise, and all the fun buttons for radio.

I put this factory steering wheel only available overseas..
Real carbon fiber and best of all it retains factory controls and airbag
