    I'd be surprised to see the Panthers lose this one. I have no vested interest either way, well, other than fantasy, but as an innocent bystander I think the Panthers will win both on offense and on defense, even if the offense has to fight hard the whole game.

    The game should have ended on the 4th down play. The ball hit the ground, game over. Officials missed that one. They also missed when 17 went down in bounds but they stopped the clock. Luck is getting a little "luck" from the officials. Makes for a great game though.
