Oz might have to weigh in on this one, but I've never seen a double cab Off Road in Canada.

There were plenty of TRD DC OR for sale in BC when the dollar was at par. They imported them from the states and sold them as Canadian vehicles. I was looking at one in Victoria BC.

Canada gets the shaft on the Tacoma. No matter who you vote for Mr Toyoda doesn't care. He thinks we live in igloos and hitch our TRD Sports to sled dogs to get to work. He wanted to remove the wheels for skis and put a polar beer warmer under the hood but luckily marketing managed to get him to concentrate on screwing up the grill for everyone instead. "I've been to America, I see there large Penis, they like shit bigger!" -Mr Toyoda

This has been happening. There was a Toyota dealership in Calgary that received a Sport with OR badging.

Class action lawyers in the US love VW. They're going to be well-paid for years.

Are these considered rare? I see many Tacomas during my daily travels but don't recall ever spotting one of these on the road.

I wanted to buy a double cab offroad but had to settle for sport.. i plan on changing the fog light bezzel to the chrome from the limited, pull off the front air dam, and paint the fender flares and front bumper fascia flat black on my magnetic grey. Itll have the nice looks from all the models combined. But wont have the mechanical bells n whistles of the offroad like I preffered.
