    My SR5 has silver button.

    I'm guessing it's a Camry thing.

Okay so I made my 2015 Taco jealous for a moment. My boss' 2014 Supercharged Tundra is in the body shop (someone hit him while he was parked). Anyhow the Toyota dealer gave him a 2016 Tacoma as a rental! With demand on these, and the fact they have none in stock, why would they add it to their rental fleet?! Odd.

Anyhow I hopped in to check it out. Full tech package, keyless start, sunroof, DCSB TRD OR. Started it up and wanted to hear it rev.

Boy that 3.5L V6 sounds lame. I know it puts out more ponies than the old 4.0L V6. And maybe I'm just used to my K&N intake and Spintech muffler. But with the driver door open I was very unimpressed. My old 3.3L V6 in my 2005 Camry sounded more manly!

What are zirk fittings? Never mind, Googled it. Does the Prerunner have these? I don't remember seeing any fittings on my last trip under the truck.

I spend north of $62K on my M3 over the last 9 years and always wish I kept a detailed log of mods. With the Taco I made sure I started from day one.

Oem the 2wd tacomas have no zerks fittings on the rear driveshaft I'm pretty sure. When you replace the u joints though, get some with zerks.

Nice! I haven't done that mod yet. I did find that link to the "reversible" method. I will end up going that route I think.

Ok. I still have the "Toyota care" stuff from when I bought mine. So I don't want to cause any hiccups there. I may do the mod sooner than later now.

same here, I have that and just used my last oil change. truck is no where near stock. I even cut off my leaf spring hangers and installed new ones with chevy leaf springs and had NO shocks in the rear. Took it in and they did the same thing as always
