I would say that slaughter house is not stock friendly, especially if there's snow

Not sure. I had a good time the first time but if there's snow I don't know if I want to be slip sliding around that trail. I'd rather get out and explore something new. That's why I was excited about Yankee hill since I haven't been there yet. I'll keep an open mind about it though.

I guess depending on snow and school load im down to do Saturday and Sunday. so if there is some people that want to do yankee hill on Sunday i can lead that but think slaughter house wold be more fun on the wheeling side of things. and if im not mistaken yankee hill has a steep point on it where we are higher then the tree line right?

If I remember right the end of it was a steep hill up above the tree line. Which could be fun in the snow.

Figured I'd pass along an invitation to this gathering....

    When: November 8th (Sunday)
    Time: 10am
Where: Castle Rock Outlets - 6298 Factory Shops Blvd, Castle Rock, CO 80108

    Plan:

Meet and greet for a little while. Those who want to wheel will then leave and head to Rampart Range Road and Balanced Rock Road. Both easy trails.

So mountain monkey and 303tacoma, and any one else. Are you set on wanting to do Yankee hill or would you be fine with slaugher house Sunday? Sounds like we have a toss up for both.
