    Yes, Hungry Valley/Gorman. It's kinda mostly geared towards bikes/quads, but there are a handful of fire roads that make for some fun go-fast, then there's vic's cat trail which requires a little 4wd and some armor but it's not crazy. Then not far from there to the north is Miller Jeep Trail but that may be closed already. Also there's the 4wd course which is fun to sit around and watch people break shit (other people...not us :D) and then the usual camping/drinking/doingshityoursignificantotherwouldgiveyou"thelook"overbutnottoworrybecauseyouleftherassathome :D

    yeah, some people don't like gorman much. I'm not picky and distance is a big factor for me so I like Gorman a lot for those reasons. But the wall can be fun to ride if going straight up is your thing....that gets a lot of action on the weekends. otherwise, there's really nothing special about Gorman other than we happen to be going this weekend. We MAKE it special! lol

    there were some trails through manzanita groves that were cool, but there was an 8 inch rut through every corner... it seemed used up

    Depends where everybody is coming from. People from LA (west side) take 405 to the 5. East siders and oc probably just take the 5. It's fun to convoy it, but only if it makes sense and is convenient.
