Again my whole discussion stemmed from the fact that a loaded Tacoma costs $40k, that is a fact. Whereas you said that no 3rd gens cost $40k, which is clearly WRONG. Those are just a few examples, read through the thread, some guys were $41k OTD for Limiteds. Disregard options, etc. The whole point along with others is its getting to be an expensive truck and such is the case with midsize trucks. But don't state things that are clearly wrong such as your blanket statement that no one pays MSRP or $40k for a new Tacoma or there was no 2nd gen limited.

No I didn't. I said I haven't seen someone pay 40k for one. The 3other owners I've talked to all been below 35k.

For someone who can't read you sure throw out a lot of insults. Impressive actually.

You just deleted that "I cant read" comment you posted. Been here longer dude and a member that actually contributes to this forum instead of throwing out erroneous statements or silly arguments cause they feel attacked. Congrats on your new truck, but just admit you were wrong.

So now you're calling someone special needs after a mod said to stop the insults.

Can we just get BlueT banned already.

These comments I see about noise and ticks coming from the 3.5 are some of the reasons Toyota will never give "US" the Diesel engine.

next time it "downshifts" on a slight incline, manually shift it to 5th to see if you get a change in RPM. If you see no change in RPM then it's your torque converter unlocking thus putting your trans into slush box mode.

It wasn't that long ago I had a 91 4Runner 22-RE 5 Speed on 32's, going uphill was a skill lol. It made it through the Grapevine though. I'm very thankful for the 4.0 V6 power I have today, Thank you Baby Jesus.

I think just from the thread, don't see lines through their names.
