I haven't connected yet and the time change sucks (No more after work hunts). But I'm still at it. Been seeing deer, but nothing close enough to stick with an arrow.
From Thanksgiving till New Years, I'm on vacation, except for one week in Dec.,so I'll be hunting hard.

 

Down in CT, you have pretty good odds hunting with a 4k lb bullet going 60 mph. Lots of deer strikes down there!

 

Setting up and getting acquainted with my new computer tonight. Windows 10 is so much different than Windows XP. I feel like an old man who doesn't know how to set up his VCR.

 

Truth.
I take the Merritt going to work. Between the road kills and deer standing next to the road ready to cross, one has to pay attention.

 

Plus the way the people down there drive...
The office drove to NY last December and I've never used my horn so much in my life. People trying to merge into you, not holding their lane through corners, pulling out in front of you and completely cutting you off....
By the time we got to the hotel I really needed a drink.

Apparently I've been spoiled living in the country.
Those narrow two lane highways they have down there are scenic, but they're dangerous as hell when people are flying along at 70, talking on their cell phones and texting. Every time we'd hit a corner I'd be on the horn because the joker next to me was halfway into my lane. And then they'd honk back like "What's your problem, man!?"
Couldn't believe it. No wonder you people have such strict gun laws down there; you're all crazy.

 

No, just MA, RI and CT (and NYC by extension). The drivers here are by far the worst I've experienced out of anywhere I've lived or commuted through, and that includes New Jersey and D.C.

 

You guys really need to try driving in the Miami area. It makes us look normal.
