I didn't realize protein shakes were suppose to keep you full? Its a supplement, not a meal.

Maybe its b/c I haven't been putting in extra stuff lately to try to slim down a little. I used to put PB when I had ON so maybe thats why. I just figured I guess with the syntha 6 being 200 calories and 15 carbs it would hold me over between breakfast and lunch.

This. A protein shake isn't a "meal replacement" shake. You take it to add a little extra protein to your diet.

But, to answer your question, I just re-ordered the jym protein, which is a blend. I don't see anything wrong with having a blend of whey, egg, and casein post workout. Worst case scenario, they whey gets used immediately and the casein is digested slowly through the rest of the day.

Eat some veggies and get some fiber in ya. That'll keep you feeling "full"

My tub of dymatize is almost empty I think I'm gonna go back to optimum nutrition. Also I've been bad with my diet these past couple of days. Hoping to get back on track today.

Yeah. Like how taking a multi vitamin doesn't get you out of eating your fruits and veggies.

I would either take a sup before I go to bed if I had a meal ready post workout or post workout if I didn't have a meal ready but I would follow up with an actual meal.

I don't take them that much though.

But the magic bullet is a very good investment. Makes quick easy shakes without a big blender mess.

I made a shake using our vitamix.......way too big and stuff stuck to the walls and it was a big clean up bc it's so big.

I loved my magic bullet but it got lost in a move. My boss had the ninja version and I liked it more than the bullet. I may pick one up some day.

I'll have to do that, my current blender is like 10 years old. Does the job reluctantly

My magic bullet doesn't blend up my fruits well enough. I bought a $15 blender from target (hamilton beach I think) that is the best blender I have ever used. We actually returned a $100+ kitchenaid one that we got as a wedding gift because the HB one was so much better. I get what you are saying about cleanup though. It is much easier to clean a little magic bullet cup than the full blender canister, but I also make really big shakes, it would take at least 2 magic bullet cups to hold what I make in my blender.

Yeah I'll be getting a bigger one. The small one we have won't chop frozen fruit good enough.
