Now that you have a 2016 what items would you change/add/delete for the next year?
(this thread is not intended for optional items you think should be standard items, such as mud flaps)

    1. Driver position GRAB HANDLE - Why isn't it there - I need one and the other seats have one
    2. Blind Spot Monitor - Add a flashing indicator to the gauge cluster, not just in the mirrors
    3. Touch screen panel - put a dedicated dimmer/off/on button out by the other main controls
    4. Telescopic steering column - mine extends maybe 1 inch, it needs to move 4 inches or more
    5.
    6. ...add your thoughts...
    7. Auto up/down on all windows - YES - how much could it really cost to do it - the truck is already 40 grand, what's another 50 bucks
    8. Power/electric tailgate lock
    9. All interior cabin lights LED
    10. twin rear seat 12v power point
    11. hood struts!!!!
    12. parking break foot pedal - a little more room for the center console
    13. rear disk brakes
    14. lose the radio knobs - make it all touch
    15. glovebox light
    16. paint "film protection" on the nose - standard
    17. Electric defog/defrost rear window
    18. A solid rear window. I can't stand the opening
    19. ECT indicator on the button instead of the dash

Make the bumper line that is under the headlights go the full length of the front bumper. Minimizing the size of that grill

Good points on the telescoping wheel, it needs more range.

Since its doubtful toyota would turbo charge this thing, id like to see at least 30 more rwhp/ft.lbs.

    Power/memory seats

Ect pwr as the standard map with an "eco mode" button.

Im still learning the truck as ive only had it for 2 days.

    1. this would be nice, but ive adjusted to use the steering wheel
    2. why are you looking at the gauge cluster to back up, the indicators are in the correct spot if you use your side mirrors to to backup in conjunction with the center display not the gauge cluster
    3. actually you can adjust the brightness in the setup screen
    4. adjust in addition to the moving the seat, works out for us. don't expect the steering column to adjust to the backseat.

Heated wipers should be standard too. Would be nice if I can get my heated mirror n heated wipers to turn on when I start my car.

Both driver and passenger seats in the front should be adjustable higher or lower. How anyone who is vertically challenged could feel comfortable driving the Sport model with the stupid hood ornament aka false hood scoop is beyond me.

1, Adjustable front seats for height
    2. Drop the silly hood ornament aka false hood scoop.

You obviously have looked at what choices we have up here. The OR comes in Access Cab only. Go DC and you go Sport if you want some creature comforts you go Sport.

Thanks for the comment though gosh I would never have thought of that option.

I don't have a third gen but it would be cool to have a power rear window.

Wait so mudflaps aren't standard? Do they at least have the same the 2nd gen has?
