What kind of MPG is everyone with 285s and a decent lift getting? @JerryTaco ? I'm on my second tank, and the average mpg on the infotainment hasn't budged above 14.3. Haven't turned on ECT yet and have been driving like a grandpa. I even left the road squeegee on.

I'm pretty happy with it. I took a road trip to Utah a few weeks ago and for about 100 miles in northern az I was getting about 20 mpg. Just driving normally, not like a grandpa or anything.

how do you like that Boss lift? Why did you go 265 over 285 just out of curiosity?

Dumb question I know, but this will be my first taco, what is the bolt pattern for the wheels on the OR?

actually they are replicas. Dealership price was outrageous. I bought from OEWheels, $600 Dollars shipped to the house. Only difference is the center caps, which dont have the toyota logo. Can purchase the center caps for approx. 50$

I was told that the rear OME shocks aren't compatible. I personally have no idea, it's what I was told by Toytec. They haven't steered me wrong in 10 years and 3 Tacos.

I believe this to be true. There was some rear OME shock fitment issues on the 2015 so unless they went back to the pre-15 shock mounts on the 16 the rears will probably not fit. Front OME shocks and coils should fit still however.

I am really happy with the suspension. Feels about the same on road as the stock OR setup, but on the washboard and rutted forest service roads its really shined. Haven't gotten too crazy with it yet.

It took a lot of debating on the tire size. 285 would look better no doubt, but I don't feel like the 265/75 looks bad. The width would make the difference, as the difference in diameter isn't much in terms of look or performance for what I do. I also really like the look of the stock OR wheels, Toyota got that part right. BFG specs the 285s on a minimum of 7.5". Really I'd prefer 8" if not nine. My concern is that even though I could get them on the stock wheel, when aired down I don't want to blow a bead with the narrower wheel. Didnt want to worry about any rubbing at all in any situation. So if in a few years when the tires need replacing, if I really want to change the look, or feel I need the wider performance, I'll do it then. Rather put the money elsewhere for now.

Your truck looks awesome! Are spacers on the truck in the photos or this is without them?

Finished blacking out the front end and adding the 30" light bar with and alignment completed. I'm actually satisfied with how the grill looks for now although my son wants the DBcustoms grill with 2 amber cubes on the sides of Toyota. May add yellow tint to the fog lights this weekend.

Thanks much. It's kind of cool that you posted that WCC truck right before me to do some comparisons between pictures. I like what they started on the lower part of the bumper. We'll have to see what the aftermarket companies do with that portion of the front end.
