You know what, I do, and it's not in use since I bought a gas dryer. Could possibly work. But as Iggy said, he wants to leave at noon, so if he shows up super early with everyone else, we might be able to make it worth his while, otherwise i don't think its worth it. I'd be willing to throw down some cash like we talked about, @IGGY , if you were to show up hella early

 

Started installing the coil overs last night. The 5100's have a 22.56 extended length. The Fox 2.5 (extended travel) are at 22.54. What are the extended lines for? Looks like there's still slack in the brake oem lines.

Also, checked out the Camburg uca video. He smacked the spindle and the ball joint just popped out. It was too late to make that much noise without pissing off my neighbors. Does that really work or do I need to use a ball joint removal tool?

id choose 5100s over those personally. those look pretty beat.

 

Yeah I just worry the seals will go at anytime. My truck is a pavement princess now, so no real need for offroad shocks.

 

Was waiting for you to chime in. I'll just go with the Bilsteins then. For $106 shipped I can't really beat it and they will be warrantied. Thanks for the help Jason, always so eloquent and insightful haha.

That was the exact answer I was looking for. Jason points it out like it is and that is what I needed to hear. He knows more about shocks than anyone here and I'll take his opinion any day.

 

I wandered in there the other day, pretty sure I drooled all over myself and shit my pants. Quite possibly at the same time.

 

Don't know about the brake lines but yes hit that with a BFH. It will pop out.

 

Dude, you need blinders lol. If I see third gen anything on a thread I steer clear like the plague, for the most part.

 

c'mon man, give yourself more credit than that.

 

I like the look of the 3rd gens but all I see is a mid gen refresh of the 2nd gens. They look way too much like the second gens and all the owners are retarded. It's a pity.
