Has anyone seen or does anyone have a first gen with bigger flip up towing mirrors?

to be honest, I don't think a Tacoma can safely pull anything big enough for you to need extra mirrors but see what ebay has for add-on towing mirrors, they should have something universal fit.

also do you have the narrow mirrors? they have two sizes for mirrors, most often the manual mirrors are the longer but not very tall mirrors and the power ones are not as wide but taller so its more square like to help you see better when towing then those narrow low profile mirrors. maybe you could swap out to the bigger Tacoma mirrors?

To be 100% honest I just love the look of it. (When the mirrors are down) Plus I tow and haul ATVS all the time.

Yeah yeah whatever lol. And the ones I have right now do not fold either so that is pretty inconvenient.

I agree with the fact that they look like shit when they are up with no trailer. However, my mirrors are the crap ones that don't fold or anything. So I was looking for ones that I could have a nice large viewing angle because I carry a quad in the bed a lot and need to see a wider angle. I think I'll go with what Keaker said. Its the best of both worlds.

You need tow mirrors to see a quad that's in the bed? Wut? :boink:

Lol no but the way it sits it eats up a lot of the viewing angle on my current mirrors.

I'm being serious lol. I thought at first you were getting tow mirrors simply for the fact of hauling a quad. I can see how the quad can block some of the angles on the stockers though.

Yeah. Plus the fact that I go riding with my pops and we have a 16 foot trailer that we tow. Stocks suck for that too. Lol.
