fuel in all cylinders. drove and ran fine yesterday

I drove 750 mi parked and went out to go somewhere. It started but ran very rough. I turned the eng off but not the key. Waited a min then attempted to start it. It would not turn over and choked up the starter.. The timing marks are all correct and all cylinders had much fuel in them. Also with plugs out, key on, they will fill up again...
I suspect the fuel pressure regulator, as it does operate on the return side of the fuel rails.. Does anyone have experience with this?+

 

Yea sorry I didn't get all friendly with "the gang" first.... I did expect a lol more though, my bad. My Tacoma has been to 3 countries and 46 states. Where have you been? Grocery store. 4X4 when the roads have flurries again my bad....
