I put my skid back on but forgot to cut the plastic off

 

What plastic would that be?

 

Its under the wheel well (I forgot what its called) but you can kinda see it in the pic on the far passenger side where there's a light yellowish piece of plastic (still need to take that off too) haha

Thanks! I've been meaning to do that but I just forgot ha. I think it looks a lot better with the bumper ha. Getting ready to take it out this weekend hopefully the rain doesn't ruin it

Is there a way to relocate this so it doesn't stick out below the bumper?

 

I just took a bunch of plastic from what I cut off and covered it up. chances of me smashing mine off road are slim

 

Maybe I'll do the same. I still have the plastic pieces.

 

giver! I also had the thought of having that clean look up front but said screw it. you can barely see it as is

 

Monte (no surprise ) has a write up on moving that. Or you can swap it with an older 80's Toyota Pickup reservoir. That's what I'll probably do

The PVC reservoir was always in the way for me. Really not that great of an option IMO.


So, I hacked mine up with a sawsall, and have been using this 1/2 gallon bottle with good success for a while now.

 

That looks like a super quick and simple solution. I found a couple of threads on ttora about using pvc pipes also.

Pretty sure the baddest, as in most bad, goes to 16+

 

I forgot to flash my street cred card before dropping "baddest."

 

These trucks are why 01-04 are the best looking front ends.





Even if that last one is still in a million pieces.
