In Idaho if you just go into the court house do the paperwork, get fingerprinted and pay the $60-75 you can get your CC. It's good in a few states. My wife and I did the 4 hour course because we weren't competely sure what the laws are on CC and so we could do the Arizona CC that is good 8n most states.

It was just a paper file, weighed about a half a pound. Just bent the "wrong" way. I've been through all the training about how to lift. I usually sit down to pull stuff out of the cabinet, since it's low, but a co-worker was using the chair, so just bent over and whamo.

Thanks Tom. Is just across my lower back and the pain is lessening. I can do things today, that I couldn't yesterday. still taking it easy.

Haha. He's not. We've read that Corgi's are known for their unending appetites but this little guy doesn't eat much at all. We've been measuring out his food and he eats about half of what a Corgi puppy is recommended to it...
