We have a few guys who just started working with us that do that. 5 min drive to work vs 50+ mins and cheap rent.

I am trying to convice my buddy that just got a job in houston and is moving there next weekend to do it. Rent for the area he is at is $1,300/month for a 1 BR 500 sq ft somewhat decent apartment.

that doesnt look too bad but I like having the space for my dog to be in, especially him being a husky, they dont do well in small "houses" or apartments

hell the mortgage on my 1,400 sq ft condo 3 br/2ba is $700/month and I only put 3% down...rent is expensive when you can build equity. I have a 30% gain in it since I bought it in May 2010.....hopefully will be enough when I sell it to be able to put down on a home we like one day.

I had 4 huskies while growing up all 3 would dig out and run around deltona. One time a lady grabbed them and called hus, she was 24 miles away. Most other times daytona humane society would have them "under arrest" as my mom phrased it lol. From animal control grabbing them. As soon as it gets cold they dig out at night and start running. One time 1 ran past me while i was waiting for my school bus at 5 am. Needless to say i missed my bus.

Love my boxer. Listens very well and I could off leash him but florida law.

On the house note. I pay 955 for a 4/2 2 car garage and 2200 sqft living space. That's not included for the garage. House was built in 2010 and we gave 0 down. 4.25%fixed 30yr

damn thats a pretty good deal! I was about to put 10% down the other day on a new place but the payments would have been just too high for comfort with a kid on the way and not knowing what to expect. @ $1,500 (tax, hoa, hoi) for 4/2 2,000 sq feet but in the best county for schools (Saint Johns county, FL) has the best schools in FL and you pay a premium for that for sure.

I should mention that was with upgraded everything, ceilings, cabinets, granite counters, stainless everything. and it is brand new and would be built by May 2016.

Are you a tech at 4WP or a salesman? I should have hit you up when I bought my lift, maybe you could have hooked me up a little. What is your dream job? I've been a tech for 20 years... And my dream job is still working on cars, just at a different level. lol
