Roof Mounted LED Light Bar Glare? Solved.

    Wind noise on my truck has reduced a bit, maybe 20-30%, mostly the high speed whistle is gone but the low speed whistle is still noticeable..

    All roof mount sizes will be available for ordering starting wednesday the 28th.. ill get lotsa pics up when they are ready..

    I was able to get rid of about 90% of the light bar whistle with this mod to the bottom heat fins!

    so you do not paint them you sell them just bare aluminum? or do you have the option to powdercoat or whatever? I love this and my glare on a dirty windshield is horrible so I need one really bad, I usemy bar to count the cows in the pasture and keep coyotes out the pasture and the windshield is never clean.so I think this is the answer.ill have to save up.thanks

    i didn't have them anodized or coated in order to keep prices down, so yes you will have to paint them.. but i may offer different options in the future.

    looks good! now I just have to start saving lol.tried my light again lasyt nite and its useless from the glare. I wouldn't have mounted it on roof but the guy I got it from did it? so now I have to fix the glare.

    the length adjustments are done with 1 inch spacers, so you get 50, 51, or 52.. you would have to try the 51 and 52 inch configurations and see which fits better with a little tweaking..

    Thats an awesome fix (comparing to ur pics), but I would take it one step further. I would add 2-3 inches more to the visor. Reason being is so the light does not bounce of the hood at all. My 2¢. But great idea!
