Howdy Folks! Recently purchased a 2012 Tacoma Trd Off Road Access Cab. It is currently bone stock with 61k miles, and haven't a complaint yet. I traded my '89 Toyota Extented Cab with 288k on the odometer towards the Tacoma, wow, what an upgrade. There are things about the old truck that I miss dearly, but no regrets. I'm not entirely sure about the extent of future modifications. I think that because the truck will be my daily driver, the off-roading would be considered mild by a few of you. I found this site a while back and have been visiting daily, I've learned so much. Thanks to all, this seems to be an incredible community.

Welcome you'll enjoy this truck. I bought this truck and figured I would split time between driving it and my GTO...

I've had the truck 7 months, racked up 12k miles...and haven't driven my GTO since April

If these were mine the 12 would be DD cause id be afraid to scratch it. The 89 would be my desert romper! Nice trucks.

Man I wish I could have kept the '89. It was a tank in the snow. I do miss it, but, I'm adjusting to the Tacoma fairly well.

BTW, the Tacoma came with enough scratches from the previous owner that I'm not too concerned. I wish they're were fewer, but it's a truck after all.
