My S6 works fine. My Note 5 kept cutting in and out.

Go to Display under Settings Check Daydream "on" and pick the app you want. MAy have luck with charging as the phone does not go into lock mode

Does the iPhone have internal wireless charging? If not maybe there is a back you can use that allows for wireless charging

I have a Nexus 5, and I have learned to move the phone all the way to the right on the charging tray for it to work. The Nexus 5 has wireless charging built-in, but proper placement of the phone is critical. I have a number of wireless charging pads at home and at the office, and just a few millimeters off on the optimum location, and it does not charge.

Yes, we have two that bounce in and out relentlessly between pause and charging. Phones purchased in May. Have had the truck for 10 days. THURSDAY, it worked flawlessly. Got in and out of the truck multiple times. Was in heaven. Friday, back to the same out pause, charge, pause, charge. The Amber light always remains solid when the phone lays on it.

Not sure of why it decided to work for one day, but for the day it did, it was great.

I use the Samsung Qi round pad charger at home and they work fine. The covers were ones Sprint recommended to use on the Samsung Qi pad charger, which they do.

In the truck, it didn't matter if we had the cover on or not. The day it did work, it worked with the cover and without the cover. Took it on a 200 mile trip and played with it a lot, but nothing worked.

If you see the other thread, some people mentioned their sweet spot was favoring the drivers side, others said toward the shifter. I tryed everything except, upside down, having the phone turned off, and folding a piece of paper in half and placing it under the phone. The last two ideas came off of a Camry or Avalon site, can't remember.

Since it worked one day perfectly, I have a glimmer of hope. I plan on taking it back to the dealer to see if they have a way to check the pad without tearing the console apart.

    Here is the other thread.

No iPhones have wireless charging built in. You have to buy a third party case or charging sticker to add to the phone.

iPhone users might look at/google/Amazon iqi to add to your phone... can be used with your existing case.

Mine doesn't seem to want to charge my Samsung Galaxy S5...does having a protector case on it stop it from charging? its just a thin cheap plastic shell...not an otter box

That shouldn't matter. Qi works through many surfaces.

Maybe you guys should try finding one of those placemats to keep items in place for cars and fit it there nicely. Make sure to find a thin one.

Shouldn't. I bought a Full Charging back for the wife's S5 it does ok. I charge my S6 with a Spigen case.

Just tried wifes s5 and it didnt work no matter what. I tried putting my phone on the pad then pressing the qi button and that seems to work on my s6. If the button is pressed before putting the phone on the pad then it keeps going in and out of charging mode. The sweet spot for the phone is also all the way on the left closest to the shifter.

Does she have a Full Replacement Charging back, or the thin battery gizmo?
My wife has this and it works.

Those little card like things you put in the stock case are iffy

Stock S5 cannot be charged wirelessly. It needs the charging back. Native wireless charging started with the S6 and Note 5
