The one I found on craigslist won't work. I am getting it fixed by a shop on Monday.

I changed my u-joints today and look what I noticed about the carrier bearing ... The bearing seems to be off center and it makes a grinding noise

Anyone know the part # for the carrier bearing?

Call Spicer with the part number off the drive shaft. If you're not sure post a pic of the sticker on the side; I think I see it in your clip.

Changed the carrier bearing and what a difference... vibes are minor now since the bearing is centered in the isolator

    Glad I did it myself

That is only because these are the greaseable version, where your prerunner came with non-greasable. They will fit and last longer than stock, as long as you're willing to grease them regularly.

I filled my carrier bearing with silicone and it took out a lot of the vibes. When it dies Im going try is solid bearing.

Oops this was meant for the drive shaft vibe thread. Oh well I'll leave it, maybe it'll help someone.

Do they sell the same OEM bearing from the factory or different bearing? Will it need seals? I want the best possible bearing I can get that hopefully will be the last bearing I need to put in there.

Is the support any better than this one?
    http://www.mcmaster.com/#2722t25/=zvc384
I like the billet one better but do both use the same bearing? The McMaster one seems to be a solid bearing which does worry me since if it vibrates, it will be much more noticeable. Does the Hendrix support change the driveline angles? I thought a steeper driveline angle would be a bad thing.

Is there a polyurethane carrier bearing bushing?

Wow.. Lots of questions lol. Quick answer is I dont know. I know there are a few people on here that are using them, with no major complaints, but I forget who. I'll see if I can find their build thread.
