Nice man, I think we have exactly the same truck. Hey when you installed the fog lights did you pop out the cups and screw the fog lights onto the existing garnish? Or did you get a whole new housing? You know what I mean?

    In for the politics .
I live in the forgotten side of Ontario ...............Northwestern. Gas runs minimum $165/ litre . Loaf of bread is 5 bucks
Considering it takes approx 24 hours of driving to get through Ontario , you have some members to gather hehehehe . If I had to guess , there are 500,000 Tacomas in Ontario alone

hey bert8 thanks for the reply! The 2016 Tacos have been around now for approx a month and off the clock I must say they are really nice. The power band is a bit different with the 3.5L (really kicks in at 4000RPM) But all in all it's a great truck with features we've all been wanting for years like heated mirrors, cargo lamp, locking tailgate, etc....

thanks for replying smoker0478, they have gotten a little more expensive. Approx $1200 + depending on the model and trim. BUT, more standard features for those who like that. The only fault I see is lack of a more basic trim package for those who just want a basic truck.

hey gearcruncher, thanks for your reply. I'll be sure to post some pics and vids for you. I'm sure you have plenty of off-roading up there in your backyard.

That's true! All stuff we want! What about rear window defrost? And what trim do you have to get to get push button start/smart start? What was the price bump up at comparison trim levels?

It's too hard to compare prices. The packages are equipped completely different than 2015. Some trims lines are no longer available. All automatic transmissions are a 6spd now. The 4x2 Taco only comes in automatic and it's jacked up like a Pre-Runner and has the same ground clearance as the 4x4.

Yeah fair enough. What trim level has the smart start?

Planning on putting some BFG ALL-TERRAIN T/A KO2 on one of our OFF-ROAD test trucks. Who here is running them? How are they compared to the KO's?

Gone over the Top for a 5-lug..
Nearest comparable 2016 equivalent available to my bottom-tier base 5-lug comes to $26,995. Quite the jump in price from $21,995 which i paid in 2011.

Glad i like my Newfie-Edition 2nd gen.. 3rd gen has priced me out of the new truck market.
