    I either do it in the squat rack or the smith machine. We don't have an actual shrug machine, so you've gotta do what you've gotta do. Sometimes I'll work in some dumbbell shrugs. I try to keep it on the smith machine because no one really uses it much at my gym.

    Most people that shrug in the squat racks, shrug a lot of weight. If it's only a squat rack then yeah, that sucks and also a bit weird. If it is a power rack then it has more uses than squatting.

    Ran in the sauna after my work out and as the steam cleared I could see an old man on the top platform, dick eye level, doing arm circles. I had committed at that point so I just sat down, closed my eyes and tried to relax :laugh:.
