Do you really think I don't know that prerunner means 2wd?

The main reason I would go for a prerunner is price, they are a lot cheaper like you said.

Lol it has no suspension right now, just put my Icons on my buddy's 1st gen today, $100 and a bottle of Jameson Gold to put them on, oh and $900 for the coilovers! Hell yes.

 

Because I want stuff done right the first time I fully plan on learning how to do all this stuff and maybe someday build a truck or something on my own...but I'd rather have a built truck sooner rather than later, and I'd prefer someone that know's what they're doing, do it, than me trying to learn and putting me and my family's life in my hands like that. I get what you're saying (and what you keep saying) But I'm not buying a welder right this moment, nor am I building my truck.

:shrug: I don't mind, some of the jenky shit I've seen on other 'built' trucks makes me shudder. Personally I don't consider it 'bought' unless it came from the dealer that way, IE Raptors and Rubicons and such. Built is built, whether its by you or someone else that knows how to fab stuff. If it ain't bolt on...
