I tried a few dealers. No one in New England has a DCLB Sport on the lot still at this point... so I planned to order. Tried McGee in Hanover which was a complete waste of time. Absolute loser-ville. Worst buying experience (if you wanna call it that) ever. Offered me $6k on my $10k truck and wouldn't budge on MSRP.

I test drove a DCLB SR5 at Westboro Toyota on Rt9 about a month back and ended up going back there last week. Those guys are amazing. Gave me a great offer for my trade ($10,800) and were $1200 under MSRP on the new one. Yeah I prob could have shopped around for a few weeks to save $500 more dollars but they were all good guys and I was happy to give them my business. Not to mention their prices blew McGee out of the water. I ordered a Mag Grey DCLB Sport w/ tech&jbl scheduled to receive the first week of Dec.

I guess the point of this post is, also check out Westboro Toyota in Mass, they've always had a few DCSB and DCLB SR5s on the lot.

 

After corresponding with the internet sales person for a week, I took a ride to Herb Chambers in Auburn to take a look at the truck they said was on their lot. Well on this past Monday I drove down (aprox 40 mins from home) to the dealership. Once I arrived they offered me coffee or cold drink and had me sit down with a salesperson. Hold and bold, when I told him I'd like to see the truck, he gave me a picture of it and said we can order one for you. What f***kin BS. The manger approached and said we can give you a good deal. I walked away. Talk about bait and switch......I'll never again set foot in their show room.

 

Wow that does suck. Sorry man, did they have any?

 

I didn't see any and I didn't bother asking. They wanted to show me a 2015 instead. Go figure. So far I visited IRA in Milford and so far they seem on the up & up. I purchased my 2010 from them. I'll keep searching for one like everyone else here lol.

 

Dude go to Westboro Toyota on Rt 9. Every time I went there they had 3-4 on the lot. They are great to deal with.

Thanks, will call first and see what they have on their lot. I can try BOCH on the auto mile, but dealing with BOCH in North Attleboro wasn't to pleasant 5 yrs ago.

 

LOL boys trying to find a dclb, I am getting the same bull shit here in Vt. One came
in on Thusday and was delivered by yesterday. Dealer says, oh we need to get you
in here to see and drive a dcsb. Not interested in a dcsb, none inbound util Dec.
What seems to be the issue on getting dclb's in NewEngland ?. I would really like
to see and drive before I order..............

When I checked on a DCLB OR, the one our dealer is getting isnt set to be built until the end of November, then its a few weeks for delivery. Dont know about other LB models. At the time there were only a handful of LB OR coming to our area.

 

Boch (Norwood) isn't really playing ball with these. I was only able to get $1000 off MSRP (no trade-in). They basically said go ahead and leave if you don't like it, we'll still sell it today. And they were probably right.

 

Look around. It's your money and they aren't the only show in town.
