Those with seemingly loose bulbs, try to remove the grommets from the stock halogen bulbs and swap those on to the H11B bulbs. I have heard of some tolerance differences between Morimoto bulbs and the stock sockets, albeit rather rare.

Ill have to try that tonight, it only seems like its the passenger side that does it, but it cant hurt to just swap out a couple of grommets

Will do Andrew! Also I just looked at the other set of Kensuns I ordered off of Amazon before I bought the Morimotos off of you guys and they have this white spacer on the bulb, would that have anything to do with it making it tighter in the socket?

I think your right. It needs that spacer to be tight. My has a Lil play so maybe it moves up and down from vibration or when driving

    I will try it today.

It shouldn't since it is not on the collar that goes into the light socket

The grommet is between the flanges that lock in and the collar on the back side. The grommet seals between the collar and the headlight housing, that white spacer is not serving any real purpose

@TRSAndrew, Can you please find out if we swap the stock rubbers washer to the morimoto and it will fix the hid moving. If this is the case that means the morimoto have thinner rubbers?

    Hopefully it solves the problem.
    Please update us. Thanks

So what happens if people don't have their stock bulbs to take the rubbers off. How can they fix this?

You'll know as soon as I do, as it will likely be posted here as soon as someone can check it out.

The washers are actually thicker than halogen bulb grommets, but for some strange reason there are variances with projectors and how they install.

Why wouldn't you have the stock bulbs still?
