So in the past three days I have been to Beaumont, Dallas and now Austin. And setting at 26 hours already for the week.

so I've spent the past few week son the edge of having a cold.. like i'll wake up sneezy.. take some cold meds and be fine through the day..
does anyone have any advice on how to just no longer be sick at all? :[

1 sweat it out (work out)
2. Kill it with alcohol
3. Antibiotics, go to the doctor

Drink lots of beer.....

 

Feeding your body with antibiotics will only help the first few times. Then you get use to it and it won't help without stronger doses. Better for the all natural. Let you body do it by itself
