    We were installing the master cylinder last night... easily bolted on (he wasn't expecting it to be so easy). Still waiting for the axles from Camburg which were shipped out yesterday so they should arrive on Friday. The axles won't take much time but the skidplates will be the PITA.

    In short, we're hopeful.

    What do you guys use for bleeding brakes? I have a Mityvac kit,but hate it and Cindy whines about her leg hurting when doing the old pump the brakes and crack the bleeder method.

    Buy a bottle of brake fluid. Place brake fluid into a tall clear bottle Connect fuel tubing to bleeder nipple and put the other end of the tube in the bottle of brake fluid, making sure that the tubing won't suck any air. Open bleeder valve. Pump brakes. Watch the bottle -- when the bubbles stop, your brakes have been bled. Make sure your master cylinder remains full -- don't let it drain.

    Been doing this for years... works every time.

    glad I could help... this was the method I learned when I was by myself trying to bleed my brakes on the first mazda. Be very sure that the master cylinder doesn't get too low... it will cause issues... :eek:

    Oh, yeah, bad things if the master cylinder goes dry. The MityVac pump takes soo long and you have to pump it like 5,000 times, it starts to hurt your hands.

    I want to flush all the fluid in the system.
