Does the TSB have any info on what production date introduced the double-lip seal?

I actually didn't know about this TSB. Gonna have to check my '06 for any leaks.

Is there a mileage cutoff for the TSB? I have 43k on mine right now.

There's no mileage cutoff on TSBs at all. It just details the particular repair for a customer complaint. If your truck is under warranty (and the system inc question is covered), warranty should cover the cost of performing the TSB.

If you're out of warranty, they will still use the TSB, but you're paying for the repair.
