    Poor @HeadStrong Off-Road !

They give such good deals on their lift kits that they have to turn to saltines for sustenance.

I have an access cab 4x4 V6 so would the 884 Springs give me about 2in of lift?

I'm debating weather I want to go with Dakars or a custom pack from Alcan, I'm trying to stick to about 2in of lift max and I'm afraid the Dakars may lift the rear too much. Although 2 inches in the front and 2.25 (Dakar with first overload removed?) in the rear would probably be about perfect for an expedition truck with a shell on it as after I load everything up it will probably sit level.

I asked this a couple pages back and all that's been since is talk about peanut butter... Anyone have any experience with 884's on an AC

It is always hard to guarantee the exact lift height because so many variables come into play. The overall weight of the vehicle along with any modifications that are done can influence the finished lift height in front and out back. The OME 884X coils will provide approx. 2” of lift on a stock double cab 4x4. Since you have an access cab you will gain more lift out of the coils due to the fact that you are lighter then the double cab. I have included the specs on all of the springs below so you can compare them side by side. Note: 5mm difference in coil length will make approx. 1/2” of difference in lift heights.

OME 883 coils 590 lbs spring rate 375 mm in length
OME 884 coils 590 lbs spring rate 390 mm in length
OME 885 Coils 590 lbs spring rate 395 mm in length
OME 886 coils 660 lb spring rate 402 mm in length
OME 887 coils 590 spring rate 400 mm in length

The lift of the 884's on an access cab end up being approx. 2.5". I just posted the coil specs above so you can compare them as well.

Yeah, that video makes it seem like it's a pretty serious noise. Is that the front shocks for the rear shocks that make that noise? Because just from watching that I'm contemplating getting 5100s instead
