So I saw you ran the addicted offroad bumper with the metalmiller skid for a bit. Did you just weld nuts into the supplied cross-member?

Sorry im just now seeing this bud, rarely get on here anymore.., but yes I basically just put a jack under the flat bottom of the skid with the rear bolts semi tight then marked the front holes on the supplied crossmember and drilled them and left the bolts in and welded them up after the crossmember came back off and before I welded the crossmember back up to the truck I bolted the skid all the way around to make sure it stayed where I needed it

Not sure if ive posted already or not but honestly too lazy to go back a page and look but im doubting I have since I never get on here.. Finally made those weathered tape lines on my bed disappear & got a super simple rear bumper bent up and welded on to cap the frame

Should have plenty of support.. probably ake shackle mounts long enough to be welded to the face and rear of the bumper and notched to hit the support tubes to the frame

Truck's looking good Chad.....the bob'd rear & the simple rear bumper are sweet! My TreadWrights are almost toast. Going with Toyo MT's next.....all the reviews say they last forever which is what I need commuting from Columbia to Chester 4 days a week. Hope all is well with you!!
