    Excessive road crown. Roads are raised or crowned in the middle so rain water will run off to the outside for proper drainage. But the slight slope to the pavement can often make a vehicle drift to the outside. This can be countered by adding a little positive camber and/or negative caster to the left front wheel , but this should only be done if the vehicle spends most of its time on crowned roads and you have a noticeable pull

    Are you able to measure distance from fender to edge of tire? This will tell you without a machine if your caster is way off.
    Also I'm sure you tire pressures were checked but if way off this will also cause a pull.

    .07 and .08 positive toe isn't going to cause pulling to the right. It's also WELL within spec.

    ^^I'd do your alignment any day. Toe and go. Can be done with a string.

    Nate, was not trying to come off as a jerk. Just getting tired of all the crap dealing with this truck. It's been almost 6 months and seems that everywhere I take it, they are all blaming someone else.

    Toe varies as suspension cycles. An adult sitting in the driver seat will change the toe more than .07. Filling your gas tank up will change your toe more than .07.

    Beg to differ sir, Weight on the vehicle has a small effect on camber and nothing else

    Weight on the vehicle=suspension movement=alignment fluctuations.

    And pulling one way or another, for alignment reasons, road crown, etc, is significantly magnified with less positive castor

    Does it matter if I measure from back of fender to back tire or front fender to front of tire?

    Majority of the roads here have the crown. Even if I am on the opposite side of road, the truck is pulling over the crown.

    Using a tape measure, especially to find out fender clearance, is not useful in solving your problem OP

    Using the fender and rear of tire will be fine.

    I asked him to measure the distance to see if his caster is off. Caster being off on one side can drastically make a vehicle pull.

    Camber also directly affects toe.

    Very true. Patience and a good alignment guy gets them zero no big deal.

    See post number 8. His caster is the same on both sides. A little low, but the same.
