I will never own a vette, every rich conceded old man has one of those, I do remember back when I had my Supra, i'd spend two hours shoveling that thing out on a 10 degree day, bot did that Turbo love to spool when it was that cold out. Still dont understand your hate towards snow, you are kinda starting to sound like Ben

Lol I've driving a few vettes from work, they are a blast there is no denying it. I don't think I personally would buy one. I'd go a different route, but thats not to say that they arent amazing machines. I still havent got to go for a ride in yours yet.

At the rate you're going you might never! Haha I thought about a handful of vehicles, but I have always had a hard on for vettes... So I figured what the hell. What would you get if you were buying a car? Just out of curiosity. I'm sure that your tastes fall pretty closely in line with mine.

For as much as I love winter, for a DD/ toy I'd say something along the lines of sti, focus RS, or some sort of Audi RS car... A RS6 would be sexy.

For only a summer car, I'd want to retromod a 70's muscle car with all brand new equpiment to make it handle like a new car does. But for actually happening, they way the new stangs look right now, I think id want to look at a gt350 or gt500. They just look mean this year.

You're pretty much exactly in line with me. I knew I wanted some american muscle though which is why I went the way that I did. I did drive a '12 STi and liked it, but drove just a regular C5 and it was just a much more visceral experience. I like the feeling of being in a cocoon too.

I would really (someday) like to build a 68-69 Camaro protouring car as a cruiser. But who doesn't...

I don't enough technical knowledge yet though to take that on. It helps that my cousin who is a mechanic lives less than 200 miles away so I have access to a mechanic pretty much whenever. That being said there's a few projects planned for the car rolling into next summer... money permitting.
