Were you able to get an ETA for the shipment? :)

Let me ask for the tracking I was told they ship but didn't get a tracking number. Stand by.

    Update, finally!

I got a tracking number and the lights are headed to Sacramento, once they're in the air they will give me an arrival ETA.

Sorry for the delay, it's taking a bit longer than anticipated. Apparently my factory has been very busy and since I don't order "off the shelf" items there's been some delays in getting them built.

    Thanks for hanging in there!

thanks.. questions for you as I just went through this with another supplier on the TW.
do these come with any warranty for defect?
I plan to have these installed professionally as I am not good at wiring.
the only reason I asked is the that item I got off TW.. it leaked and was told, no return, no credit, no warranty.
I guess I should have asked that before ordering the product.

    # 2.. do you have a general idea of when we will actually receive them .. before thanksgiving or after?

Good questions! I do no offer returns or credit all sales are final, even more so with group buys. Having said that though there is a time period of 1 year that I have with my manufacturer that's a warranty for defects on their part.

I do that because I don't have enough of a markup on these to really offer a big warranty, I'd like to offer something like a lifetime warranty, but I'd have to charge maybe double. BUT, I will stand behind these if you have an issue that's not caused by user error. I'm not the type of person that will leave you high and dry. If I say something I will follow through, and if something changes I will let you know. No surprises or drama here.

So far I have not had an issue with any of the other lights that I have ordered from this manufacture (and they've been put through some rough conditions), so I'm pretty confident that they will work great. If you or anyone has an issue, reach out to me and we'll figure it out.

My goal is to offer the best lights for the money. I'm not getting rich off of these and honestly I don't make enough to cover most of my time, but I want to pass on these savings to fellow enthusiasts and also get some awesome lights in the mean time.

Ok I just checked tracking this morning and ETA is the 11th! If I don't get them too late in the day I'll hopefully have them out on the 12th.

    Thanks again for everyone's patience!

thank you... well noted. I will not be doing the install as it requires wiring so will take it to the local pro shop who will do the switches and wires.
hope they come soon.. thank you.. appreciate your comments and duly noted.

No worries! I live by the motto under promise and over deliver, not the other way around. I wouldn't sell anything that I would be proud to use myself.

Wiring should be pretty easy too. The lights have molded DT connectors on the ends, so no splicing is required, and they come with a wiring harness. For the most part it's plug and play, the toughest part is snaking the small cable for the switch into the cab.

Ok guys, lights came in today a day early, but we have a huge issue. All the lights are completely different.

I am communicating with my supplier and the sales person gave me the wrong secs and descriptions, which lead to me thinking I was ordering one thing, when really the description matched something else.

I'll post up pictures of what I got. They are in fact OSRAM 4D, but they are not what I was provided picture wise. Even though I asked repeatedly to the point that they were annoyed of me asking the same question, I was given photos for 3D CREE's. (Basically I ordered something that doesn't exist.)

I have all this on record and they admitted it was their fault, so I/we are protected by PayPal. So here are the options:

    1. I file a claim with PayPal and get our money back and they can deal with picking these up. Then I can refund orders or order from another suppler. (This all take takes time though).

    2. I can show you what I got and if you like them, I can ship them now and if you don't, will give you a refund. (I'll have to confirm that my suppler will not screw me on returns first, before I ship out the lights incase we default to 1).

I can even begin to explain how pissed I am right now, and more than anything embarrassed for wasting so much of everyone's time. I will make this right though, either with a different set of kickass lights or a refund.

I'll keep everyone updated, and please let me know what you think.

Here is Flood vs Spot. The Flood has an oval projector and the spot is round.

    Ninja post right above!

My supplier also says they will offer a 3year vs 1 year warranty if we keep them.

I think they are good too! But they aren't what I originally posted and I don't want anyone to think I'm misleading them. Like I said before, when I say something I mean it to the T.

These lights are pretty awesome and I'm liking the hidden bolts on the faces. They are bright too.

No price change since the price is the only thing they got right. I'm working on something though. It was not my mistake so they better do something. So far they have updated the warranty to 3 years.
