    That is up to you.. These are adjustable, comes with a spanner wrench.
    The tighter the adjustment the higher you go .

    I dropped my truck off at the shop to get brakes and alignment done and left my phone in it. I will get my phone this morning early.. Like 7:30 on my way to get it now..

    When I had them on my truck I was at 3½" but the ride was pretty stiff. At 3" it is a bit smoother And I removed my sway bar. Wont need it at all when you are at 3" and more anyway.

    Hoping to sell these items to recoup some of the money I owe to my credit card company.. LOL

    The spring rate is the same as a 2004 4-Runner V6.
