They absolutely are CNC plasma cut.

It's not the most precise process in the world, but if I used laser or water jet, the price would go up substantially.

That's typical of small diameter holes made with CNC plasma. And you're taking the picture from 2 inches away to magnify it.

    They aren't.

The fact is, but I'm going to post them later (with his personal info removed), in order to defend myself.

Franks post is full of lies.

It was in the first thread the OP posted and all got deleted. Chad posted all his communication's and the seller after that posted nothing. So thread pretty much went either " Put up, or shut up."

I explained to Frank via email that I ran out of stock, and new ones were on the way.

He replied by saying "I’m not in a huge rush (as the truck has not been built yet)".

When I hear, "the truck has not been built yet", I take it as my queue to move on with the next 500 things that I need to do that day.

Frank is upset that I didn't write an apology to him for not shipping immediately. Had he actually had the truck in his possession, I probably would have.

His comment about the bars being sent without packaging are untrue. Everythign I ship is sent with more than adequate packaging. Packaging is a significant part of the cost of the product.

His comments about the powder coating are untrue. Nothing leaves my shop unless the powder coat is perfect.

His comments about the product being brilliant are true.

I've got no horse in this race. But it brings to mind an old adage.
A happy customer will tell a friend. An unhappy one will tell 10.

    That's the vexing part.

What am I supposed to work out? He got his product before he even got the truck. He said himself that the product is brilliant.

I'm a bit blown away by this whole thread.

Evidently, you can't please everyone.......but I please most everyone, so fuck it.

    Exactly.

This post is going to hurt my business and take food off my table no matter what I do.

Shit like this makes me want to close up the whole operation and start a popcorn farm.
