I'm getting leather in mine, aftermarket as well. When I went to the apolstery guy he had 4 Tacomas in adding leather! He said he's doing a ton of them.

He's charging me $1495, but that's direct. The trucks he had in we're all from dealerships.

I'm getting graphite leather with white accent stitching, should go well with the white truck.

 

Good to know. I like the A.R.E. CX Series canopy. Will price it out at your Surrey supplier. It will be three weeks before my truck arrives....can`t wait!

Looking at a AC TRD-OR MT in Edmonton, got a price of 38,1XX+tax; I can't even tell if that's a good price or not because hardly anyone is talking actual prices here or the "canadian price" thread!

 

Did they discount MSRP or not. Mayfield in Edmonton was prepared to offer me $2K off MSRP. I would have saved about $800 net of the air fare to Edmonton plus gas and the nuisance of registering and certifying in BC. Not worth it to me. Local guys look after my wife's Avalon and provide excellent service. The offer from Mayfield was for a TRD Sport DCLB with the upgrade package and a few minor options. Ask for Bill and let him know you were talking to me, Might settle him down as he got his nuts in a twist when I told him I bought locally. Do not mention the discount he offered me and see what he can do for you.

I went with 84 month ECP so my total was just shy of $52K Cdn. with both GST and PST added. You will not have the sales tax.

Gee Jeff if you read his post you will see why he posted here. The ability to read and comprehend is a well known ability both in Edmonton and in Terrace. Being an Edmontonian I have always wondered about Calgarians.

Actually, while we're being pedantic here, this is the Canadian 2016 thread. The "Canada BS thread" is the Canadian thread.

My apologies for assuming the posts seen on pg9, 10, 11 that mentioned the price was in fact, different and not talking about the price.

Sorry Bob, I'm not an edmontonian nor a dude, I live a good 3hrs north and it's the closest dealer to me.

Sounds like you might be in Ft. Mac. One son dealt with a Bill at the Mayfield store. My son is happy with their service. My second son bought his 4Runner in Edmonton but do not know the dealer. Both work in Ft. Mac. Are you there or out the other way in Peace River country. Happy with the deal I made. I might have dickered a bit more but it is what it is. I listed the details on the Canadian Price thread just to keep peace in the family.

Finally got my truck last night.

That leather looks great. Do you know who the manufacturer was?

There's a local guy that Toyotatown in Langley recommended. When I went into his shop to meet he had 4 Tacos from a dealership getting leather done!

United Automotive Interiors. He's charging me $1500, leather is ordered just waiting for it to come in and they will install.

I went graphite with white accent stitching, it should look really good!

Personally from what I see going on, I would stay away from the factory option. The factory requires the bed to bed cut out and there are lots of difference of quality installs I have seen.

 

When i was at cochrane they told me it had the toytec boss with aal in the back, weird... Horrible sales team
