DAMN ! that sucks that a politician took control of the deer herd. Grew up just South of DuBois thinking everyone ate venison as part of their diet.

Eyes are good, now if they could fix the rest of me that easy.

    evening all:
Just watching the news where they are talking about how some students are DEMANDING free college, and forgiving college loan debt. Soon some of the same may be DEMANDING a new truck, boat, home, etc., all free.
Wonder how far we would get if we demanded a big raise in our SS checks, free fuel, no RE taxes, free electric, etc.!
Sad to say, we are heading down the wrong path! I'm entitled to----WELL; anything but work, and I don't want to pay my bills! :( Look at that 60 year old guy that worked all his life, he has a new truck, boat, house----I'm 20 and I should have everything that he does, and NOW!
Maybe time to clean up some of the colleges, I would be willing to bet that most of the students that are protesting have no intention whatsoever of paying back college loans, they already know they can get away with it. I think the news sometimes states there's already over a trillion dollars in unpaid student loans.
:sorry: Stuff like this just irks me!

 evening Carl.... Yeah, wonder what would happen if we demanded stuff - like the health care we were promised

Evening good peoples of the 60.
3 snow blowers and 1 generator repaired so far. Dam ethanol fuel just kills small engines.

I keep telling them that plus stable. One was so bad I had to take a knife to the carb bowl and drill out the main jet just to break up the garbage. Used 2 times...
    They just don't listen

It is called the Millennial Generation, Generation Y, Millennials, or the Entitlement Generation. All the same age group, although the exact date of birth for people in it is still under debate. Some sociologist go back as far as early 80's most place it closer to the year 2000. Unfortunately their sense of entitlement extends well beyond college. And yes they want the corner office on the first day, front row parking, etc. And will seldom look you in the eye when you talk to them. They are the ones now or soon entering the workforce to pay our social security....

The entitlement generation is the voting majority.
Appeal to them and get elected and reelected.

I've been using ethanol-free gas + stabilizer for the past few years but to be honest I never had problems even before that. This year my mom & dad moved out of their house of 52 years and into an apartment, and I picked up a few gas-engined items that have been sitting for at least 5 years. Maybe I got lucky there too but they all started after draining out the old varnish and putting in fresh gas. One was a 2-stroke so it may have been saved by the oil+gas. One was a relatively new Honda which started on the 4th pull even without draining out the old gas. Gotta love Honda small engines. The last one was an old Briggs flathead hanging off the side of a chipper/shredder. Man am I ever glad that decided to start because it is a BEAR to pull; the grinder/flywheel thing is bolted right to the crankshaft and must weigh 40 pounds all by itself.
