Should be in 3rd gen, but no one cares. Anyone else happy they're keeping the 2TR for 2016?

I am interested in this kit for my Tacoma. I have a question though.... How does this kit address the secondary air pump? Is it removed completely or is it integrated into the turbo manifold?

I was ready to buy until you wanted to be a prick and now I no longer require your services... No wonder the forums recommend against your company

It depends, if you sent all of those purchase requests on the same day which it looks like you did, you didn't give them much time to respond. They are on a different time zone than us and who knows what was going on, I don't know what time you sent those requests but they might have been closed.

If I hadn't received an answer after a day or two, I would have gotten upset as well. You had an attitude in your last attempt message, they had one with their response and then both of you escalated it.

Their response definitely wasn't professional but I have wanted to say that to a few of my customers, if I was my own boss, I might have on a couple of occasions.

That said, if I were them, I would have brushed off the "tone" in your last attempt request and not said try to find one anywhere and instead apologized for the delay and taken care of you, then none of this would have happened.

pretty happy with mine 2012 ac 4x4 hasn't been back to the dealer since day 1. i don't have any issues with power and i live on lake superiors hilly north shore, heading up montreal river hill is a cinch loaded which camping gear. i just lifted and got new tires which seems to have really affected fuel economy. but not any noticeable decrease in performance power wise oh well :)

I dislike disrespectful arrogant companies. They would never get any of my business, if there was another option.

    Spread the word about OzBoost.

That's what I told the guy I was gonna do and his response was, and I quote, "oh please don't LoL" ... Which further flamed me... I'm a pretty calm guy, used to dealing with all kinds of people, but I will not be told to fuck off with no expectations of repercussions... I did some research in here using keyword ozboost and found very little to have actually bought his kit and also some bad remarks about post sale support... So I determined that the community to include myself wouldn't really suffer too bad if he were to disappear or have to pah hefty fines... I wrote a nastygram to client.services@environment.gov.au and explained that there was a company that is knowingly defeating manufacturer installed emissions devices for vehicles that are used on public roads.... Now we wait... He ceased his childish emails as have I... To make matters even better, I have teamed up with a local machinist who is willing to cut me an exhaust flange using only a gasket as a template... I already own many welders that have huge debts to pay hahaha... I took it upon myself to make only turbo manifolds for the community as a trade off for some douche bag company... When I finish prototyping on my own taco you will see me back with my IPO... I plan to search everything thread that even mentioned ozboost and peddle my wares... I will not be told to fuck off :-D

You know, I really don't know why so many people are down on the 4 speed auto. Once I got 8-10,000 miles on it, I've been pretty pleased with it. With that said, I wouldn't mine driving a new one with the 6 speed auto. From what I've read, both 5th and 6th gears are overdrive gears, so I'm thinking that it's going to do a lot of up and downshifting in hilly terrain. But, I'm really pleased with the engine. It's not a speed demon, but I've pulled loaded trailers to Colorado and back with problems.

I wish i got a auto I've been in the shop for this junk 5 speed too many times for a 2012. Then again I'm debating getting rid of the truck all together.

I've had "issues" with my xmsn from day one... But every other sr5 4 cyl has driven the exact same... I found that if you drive it like a trucker then it shifts great... I also dumped my xmsn oil at 5k and replaced it with redline mt90 and it helped a little... What issues donyou experience?

That does sound like some hard luck.. Could you link the video in here for my viewing pleasure haha .... I want to hear this rattle... I know about the xmsn defect on the input Pilot shaft the throwout bearing rides on... But that does not apply to the aisin r155 in the 4 cylinders

Hard to tell what sound you were referring to but it sounded a little clunky... Was that it?
