I've been searching and came across many great threads here and elsewhere. However I can't seem to find any detailed information regarding my specific question.

Has anyone used the Apex Series All-Pro IFS skid, and a transmission/transfer case skid plate from another company? I would like some additional coverage, and flat coverage at that rather than getting the smaller coverage transmission skid with the cross member lip from AP. If not can anyone suggest a IFS/Transmission/Transfer Case that works and is compatible with the AP Apex Series Bumper?

    Any input is appreciated!

I drilled three holes in my allpro ifs and it matched up with my relentless transmission skid

Awesome, thank you for the reply. What is your whole under armor setup (diff, transfer case and lower control arms)?

Looking at the Relentless transmission skid, will the All-Pro transfer skid blot up without issue, I can't tell if the bolts will get in the way?

They don't like up perfect. Had to drill 3 three holes and when I tightend the bolts it pulled the skids with slightly different angles together. Usually u would get the same brand skids. I just already had the allpro.

I understand that, I was planning on going with All-Pro for the entire thing, I won't start my build until Feb-March. So I have just been doing a whole lot of research and pricing it all out. I just don't like the coverage on the AP transmission skid, I do like the weight savings but not the coverage. The price on the AP Transfer Case skid is just a little bit more wallet friendly, so if I can make it work with ease I would like to go that route but for the difference of ~$50 it may be worth it to match the transmission and trans case for the ease of install.

You don't by chance have pictures of how you had to drill to adapt the AP IFS & Relentless Transmission Skid do you?

Stick with the same company for the whole set. I chose not to go with AP for the reasons you mention. Weight is a minor issue - actually lowering center of mass is a good thing. Money... don't go cheaper and end up regretting it.

Do you know if the relentless IFS skid will work with the AP Apex bumper, that is the one piece I am set on...
