So the difference between the lights that they sent and what you expected to receive is purely the appearance of the pod's housing? Specs, mounts, covers, all that jazz is the same? I'm good with that, no worries here. I am, however, terrified to think that I trusted someone with my money that can't figure out how to send a damn email!

Haha! Yeah, I was trying to get the cart software to send an email to everyone who bought a specific product, and it wasn't working. I just ended up copying everyone's addresses and composing my own.

Only two things are different than originally described.

    1. The casing. It has a smooth face with the bolts in he back, and the power cable comes out of the back instead of right under the mount. The second is a plus the first is a matter of preference.

    2. The lenses. These are the 4D lenses that have a projector like look and they are either oval for flood or round for spot.

Everything else is good. Specs, covers and wire harness are 100%GTG.

Thanks for understanding guys! The lights are still kick ass and they now come with an even better warranty.

@Phototaker This is the very minimum that I can do and I appreciate you sticking with me. It was clearly their fault, and I am trying to get the fastest, best solution for everyone.

Will the lights ship tomorrow or will you still have to settle things with your supplier before you send items out?

    Thanks!

I think I have enough "OKs" to make shipments. I'm waiting to hear back from my supplier to find a good solution. They need to cover something since it's their mistake. I am afraid that I will lose my leverage if I ship out the lights to those that are ok with them.

I feel like I'm walking a tight rope here with, but I should have it figured out tonight. The time difference makes communication difficult.

I'll know by 1 or 2 am what the final solution will be. At the very least I want a refund from the supplier for he ones that don't want too be switch out.

Iggy, no pressure from here. Take the time you need. As noted before, I'd consider a set of either spots or floods with the brackets if someone changes their mind. Thanks.

Thanks! And I don't mind the pressure, I just pass it over to the supplier. I want this fixed ASAP

As far as extras I have both, so just let me know what you'd like and I can add it to your shipment.

    Thanks!
