Build thread in sig... 4-link long travel
26 years old, 100% clean driving record

    USAA full coverage
    2007 Tacoma
    1988 Fiero

    $108 a month.
just got married though, so after this month, it will be dropping to under $100 a month. unfortunately they couldn't pro-rate this past month.

going to switch my wife over to the policy. she's also 26, and has a single speeding ticket from years ago. figuring it'll be another $50-$60 to add the third car (2010 Honda Fit)

not sure if it makes a difference in the eyes of insurance, but all 3 cars are paid in full.

This was a good thread. I just realized I was paying for stuff I did need. I just changed a few things and saved 145$ a year.

    Thanks

Damn NJ rates are high. I decided to opt out of rental reimbursement and mechanical breakdown while its under warranty. But with 1 car, lower limits and higher deductibles I would expect that to be less

I just removed the macanical breakdown. I did not know that was on there.

Yeah nj sucks. Most people have no clue how expensive it is to live here. We pay more for everything.

I don't feel so bad about my ~$1800/year now. I guess that works out to $150/month, but I always just pay the full year whenever the policy renews. I think there would be a few dollar per month finance charge if I did not do that.
