Lol hey now give me a little bit of leeway here, this is the first time I've OWNED my own house and had the opportunity to renovate to my liking. We just got a new bedroom set delivered yesterday and now I'm itching to finish the whole house since I'm pretty much renovating the entire thing. But over time it'll happen.

See she got her fridge and you got an Xbox one. That's sorta how @TAZ2014Taco and I do things. I get to decorate the house and he gets whatever he wants for his man cave. To a win-win lol. *happy wife, happy life* ;)

Lol I had to work at it thought for her to finally say yes. This is my first house, that i married in to. We cleaned it up quite a bit since we first started. I just shot with deland pd this morning, and everything went good with that. So we will see how it goes. She knows i spend money on my truck and whatever i want, but she also knows i spend quite a bit for the house as well. She just got a set of weather techs for her car.

Gaaaah thats what I needa get for my truck ( @TAZ2014Taco ) .. It's fun decorating and renovating a home; I definitely didn't think I'd put this much thought and work into it but I suppose that's the difference between owning your own place and renting, you can do so much more lol

So im debating on a Hi-lift jack... Just don't know which size will fit best. 48" or 60", on the back of the gate (Tiregate Vertical)... Thoughts/experience?

I follow this thread a bit. I travel home to see my parents quite a bit in Deland and will be home next month for a few days. This will be my first trip down with MY truck and I'm excited to finally have a garage full of tools and some help with wiring. I voluntold my stepdad that he will be assisting me with wiring mods. My stepdad is a Ford guy but he seems slightly impressed with the loaner Taco I had down there a couple weeks ago. Maybe I can convert him at some point.

If any Deland, Daytona, or Orlando folks see a red Tacoma flying around with a TW and BDM(tomanddan.com) sticker on the back window, that's me.

Depends on your rear suspension set up. With big tires and lots of travel, a 60" is a safety requirement IMO.

6" Fabtech with 35s. Lol. Just was more worried I guess about if it would mount correctly to the Tiregate VT

was about to say the same thing, I have a 60" hilift since my front end sits so high, if I had the 48" id be almost maxing it out by the time the tires come off the ground

Mount won't matter if it's not usable. Get the 60.

True, I guess my concern was that it would hang stupid off the sides but I don't know why I'm thinking the truck is less than 60" across >_<

get some bedrail mounts, I made some out of 1/4" steel from Lowes and the 60" fits in my bed, just had to rotate that metal piece at the top 90* so it would fit properly
