I installed a toytec ultimate lift kit on my '04. The total lift ended up being 3" or so, my old shocks were pretty worn out, so it probably wasn't that much of a lift from stock height if the old ones were sagging.

Just got an alignment and everything aligned perfectly except for the left wheel caster is now 1.0 degrees, spec range (1.3-2.8). So the left wheel caster is out of spec by 0.3 degrees. Is this going to be enough of an issue to need to purchase new UCAs? I'd really rather not spend the money and time if I don't have to...

You'll have some wandering and bumps, etc in the road the truck will respond a bit differently, but other than that your fine. If you want it to steer and handle like before than a UCA is the route and in my opinion worth it coming from 2 lifts now and one without a UCA and one with.

I will add that there is zero noticeable pull when driving, even 65+ mph. When I purchased the truck the wheels were both way out of alignment and the tires were not balanced, so it was pulling like crazy, so I have no benchmark of how it should drive. I do notice slight vibration when going above 55mph, I believe this was from the lift and not due to the alignment since it wasn't vibrating before the lift. The truck also needs new steering rack bushings, not sure if that will help with the vibration or make it worse.

The vibrating is more likely a tire needing rebalanced but steering rack bushings would help.

The truck was lifted, and it vibrated. I put on completely new wheels and tires and it still vibrates. Do you think that's still a balancing issue? If so, I'll take it back to the where I bought the tires and get them to check them.
