Brake disc life.....

OK, so last week I took the taco to the 30,000km service (@ 25310km and 8 mo from the last one) on the service report the technician wrote that my front brake pads have 30% life left, and the back 70%, i am starting to hear an iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii sound when I brake, at what mileage are you guys changing your pads, did i wore them out too fast??

Im thinking of changing these myself, but i dont know if its too difficult, and worried that i might void my warranty, but since they are not covered by warranty i dont know....

also, the guys on the shop adjusted my tires to 35 psi, while the sticker on the door states 31psi, so wtf??

 

80k and my mechanic says I still have life left in my pads. Still haven't changed my spark plugs either though.

 

damn, 80k, 60k, miles, im talking about my truck has around 15k miles, but yeah I can say that of those 15k miles 13k is city driving.....

 

well if that is so, I hope the toyota service guy took it off.....

yeah, i almost got the same mileage than your 2006 , you should drive that thing more, oh wait, you cant....
