    Yea those would probably pop off at high speed or even on a good hit offroad. Are they willing to exchange the covers for ones that fit? Let me know what you want to do here, I'm still happy with my lights, but if we nix this group buy, I'll be ordering some anyways :)

    I just want to point out the great customer service here from @Iggy. Already offering full returns because covers dont fit lights lol. Bending over backwards to make sure each individual in the GB is happy, and full disclosure on everything happening.Its already been pointed out that he's taking a loss here, but damn man, good on you. If only all the vendors were like this...there'd be no drama for me to stir up :rofl:

    I wish it was that simple, but I can't ask for the full refund if I start shipping out lights.

    I could do that if most people that ordered covers are willing to take a refund, but if they don't I'm going to be out a lot of money. I don't mind paying out of my pocket if it was my mistake, but why should I take a loss because they are inconvenienced by their error.

    If most are ok with just a refund on the covers I will continue to refund orders out of my pocket, but its the majority I can't do that.

    Big picture, everyone will either get their money back no question about that. The question is who's not running covers and ok with a refund.

    Although this is a nuisance, I think the option that makes the most sense for people that ordered covers is to wait for the company to ship you lenses that fit so that they fulfill their original order. Sounds like major fuckups on their end. I don't mind waiting for the covers if that takes longer, I also don't mind if you send the pods now and the covers come later. I would be mildly disappointed if the pods were off the table and refunded. I would be very much saddened to be refunded for the pods and not get those... I was already getting so attached:(

    Might be a good idea just to check and make sure both mounts fit these pods 100% and that the harnesses are correct, etc. Not trying to patronize here, you don't seem to have wronged here OP, but best to triple-check the mistakes of the company you ordered from.

    I'd prefer getting the lights to getting a refund, but if you need to just send the whole mess back to the supplier and get a full refund then that's OK too.

    I'm right there with you guys. The lights are legit, the only thing that they got right overall are the wire harnesses, and I don't want to cancel everything over some covers.

    The only saving grace is my supplier in the next few hours can send me photos of replacement covers that fit along with a tracking number that they are on their way. If that's the case, I will ship the lights without covers and I'll mail out the rest later on my dime when I get them.

    I hope so too, but the big IF are the replacement covers. If they come back and say, "Sorry no covers! But we'll gladly refund the ones we sent." It ruins everything. What pisses me off the most is that they think a simple refund fixes everything. They don't realized the domino effect it has. I am so lucky you all are understanding, because this could really hurt someones reputation.

    I completely and totally agree, honestly all of TW needs to know that you can't send an email to save your damn life, then whoopteeefuckkindoo all of a sudden you send 8 of them at the same time, what an atrocity! All joking aside, I really don't want the whole order getting canceled/refunded. If they say they will only refund the covers, can we still get the pods? Or would that entail nearly every single person that ordered the covers agreeing to it?

    I would need most that ordered covers to say, "I'm ok with no covers if you can't get them Iggy as long as you refund what I paid for them" for this to work, otherwise if I ship lights out and some want full refunds, those are coming out of my pocket. I don't mind doing that for a few, but if most decide they want refunds I'm out a lot until I can sell the lights again. I'd rather not do that just so the supplier doesn't have to deal with their mistake.

    Obviously I will do what will make most everyone happy, this turned out to be such a mess, but no one is getting F'ed over.
