I'd be okay not getting covers with the lights if the covers were refunded, I'd be very happy to recieve the pods now and the correct covers down the road once your supplier gets their head out of their ass

 

I'll know tonight if we can get replacement covers.

Ok, so they can't send replacement covers because they don't have any in stock. I think what may have happened is they wanted to send the order out and they put covers they had in-stock even though they didn't fit.

They are getting some made now to fit the lights. I'm trying to get an ETA on when that will happen.

I would consider this good since when I get the covers I can ship them out, but I need some sort of proof that they will fit first. If I get that proof tonight I will ship the lights as planned.

I'm fine with whatever iggy or the group decides (send pods + refund cover / send pods + send covers later / refund the whole order) but looks like you have the cover solution from the supplier.

I am ok without covers Iggy... I am so impressed as I bought a 30" light bar off someone here and it leaks and they will not refund, replace or anything. they say its an AS IS Sale.. if it leaks, my problem.
so what you are doing is the Ying to that Yang.. very impressive, I only wish the gent whom sold the light bar had your integrity.
send me my 2 spots.. if we get covers later, fantastic. if anyone cancels, I may be interested in 2 more spots or floods just to finish my project.

Well, I'm willing to wait, but I definitely need to have covers, otherwise it is a deal breaker for me. The proof pic looks good to me.
As others have noted, Iggy has been great about the issues, and his many emails have been valuable dialogue to this group buy.

I'm good with $ back.
I'm good with lights, no covers.
I'm good with lights and covers later.

Just let me know and for God's sake don't go in the hole over this.

Hey @Iggy. I'm fine with either scenario. I didn't order covers so if you don't need to send the whole order back to get a refund you can ship mine. Thanks for handling all the shit these guys have put you through. Incompetency is a burden no one can anticipate.

 

I don't understand why you can't mail out the lights without the covers, especially for those of us that didn't buy them.
I guess if we can't find a resolution quickly, my vote is for refund.

 

Leverage with the company. They are more like to do the right thing if the risk is losing it all.
